Welcome to read the Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE Service Terms Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement").

The terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement are applicable to all tools and services provided by Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE that you use for trade and exchange in the global inter enterprise (B-TO-B) electronic market (e-market) (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) .

1. Accept Terms

Entering Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE in any way means that you have fully read, understood and agreed that you have entered into this Agreement with Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE. Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE may change the "Terms" at any time at its sole discretion. If there is any change to the "Terms", Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE will notify you by publishing an announcement on its website. The term “Agreement” shall mean this Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE Service Terms Agreement containing the revised “Terms”. If you do not agree with the relevant changes, you must stop using the Service. The revised "Terms" will come into force automatically as soon as they are published on the website of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE. Once you continue to use the Service, it means that you have accepted the revised "Terms". In case of any dispute between you and Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, the latest service Agreement shall prevail. Unless otherwise expressly stated, any new content that expands the scope or enhances the functions of the Service shall be subject to this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be amended in any other way unless a written agreement is signed by the authorized senior management of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE.

2. Service Users

The Service is only used by individuals or companies that can enter into legally binding contracts in accordance with relevant laws. Therefore, you must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. If this condition is not met, please do not use the Service. Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE may refuse to provide the Service to any person at any time at its sole discretion. The Service will not be provided to Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE members whose entitlement has been suspended temporarily or permanently.

3. Fees

The Company reserves the right to charge Service Fees after having notified you in accordance with Article 1. It is free of charge to register as a free member and to use corresponding services; to register as a senior member or to choose other chargeable services, please refer to the corresponding instructions published on Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE for specific fee standards. Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE reserves the right to modify the fee terms. Once the fee terms are modified, they will be immediately announced on Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE. You shall bear all the taxes payable incurred from your transactions, from obtaining paid services from the Company or from contacting the Company's servers, as well as the costs of related hardware, software, communication, network services and other aspects. The Company reserves the right to temporarily or permanently change or stop part of or all of the Service without giving any written notice other than publication on the Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE website.

4. Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE is only used as the Trading Place

The Company's website is only used as a place for users to identify trading partners, to negotiate on the transaction of goods and services, and to obtain various trade-related services. However, the Company cannot control the quality, safety or legitimacy of the goods involved in the transaction, the authenticity or accuracy of trade information, and the ability of the trading parties to perform its obligations under the respective trade agreements. The Company cannot and will not control whether the parties to the transaction can perform their obligations under the respective agreement. In addition, you should note the ever presence of risks of dealing with foreign nationals, minors or people who act fraudulently.

5. Your Materials and Items You Provide for Sale

"Your Materials" includes any data, text, software, music, sound, photos, pictures, images, words or other materials that you provide to the Company or other users in the process of registration, trading or listing items, in any public information occasions or through any e-mail format. You should take full responsibility for Your Materials, and our Company is only a passive channel for you to release and publish Your Materials online. However, if we believe that Your Materials may cause us to incur any legal liability or moral responsibility, or may cause us to lose (wholly or partly) the services of our Internet service providers or other suppliers, or you do not log in, or re-log in, to the website within the period specified by Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, then the Company may, at its sole discretion, take any action that the Company deems necessary or appropriate to Your Materials, including but not limited to deleting such data. You hereby guarantee that you have all rights, including all copyrights, to Your Materials submitted to Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE. You confirm that Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE has no responsibility to determine or decide which materials you submit to our Company should be protected, and our Company is not responsible for other users who enjoy the Service to use Your Materials.

5.1 Obligation to Register

If you register on Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, you agree:

(a) to provide true, accurate, complete and current information about you or your company;

(b) to maintain and timely update the member information to keep it true, accurate, complete and to reflect the current status. If you provide any materials that are untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or does not reflect the current status, or Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE has reasonable grounds to suspect that such materials are untrue, inaccurate, incomplete or do not to reflect the current status, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE has the right to suspend or terminate your registered identity and information, and refuse your use of the Service (or any part thereof) in any manner at that point or at any point thereafter. If you register with the Company on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to make the company or that other legal entity subject to the "Terms" of this Agreement.

5.2 Member's Registered Name, Password and Confidentiality

During the registration process, you will select the member registration name and password. You shall be responsible for keeping your member's registered name and password confidential, and you shall be responsible for all activities that take place under your member's registered name and password.

You agree that:

(a) If you become aware of any person using your member's registered name or password without authorization, or any other circumstance violating the confidentiality provisions, you will immediately notify Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE;

(b) You shall always ensure you leave the website at the end of each online session taking only the correct steps. Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE cannot and shall not be responsible for any loss or damage caused by your failure to comply with this provision.

5.3 Rules on Your Information

You agree that Your Materials and any "goods" you provide for trading on the Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE website (generally referring to any specific goods, any right or interest, any bill or security, any service or action, which can be legally traded, whether tangible or intangible, and in any form. The term "goods" in this Agreement includes this meaning)

(a) shall not involve fraud, forgery or theft;

(b) shall not infringe the proprietary right of any third party to the goods, or copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights, or the right of privacy or reputation;

(c) shall not violate any laws, regulations, rules or regulations (including but not limited to laws, regulations, rules or regulations regulating export administration, trade quotas, consumer protection, unfair competition or false advertising);

(d) shall not contain defamation (including commercial defamation), intimidation or harassment;

(e) shall not contain obscenity or child pornography;

(f) shall not contain any virus, camouflage program, computer worm, timer bomb or other computer programs that deliberately destroy, maliciously interfere with, secretly intercept or invade any system, data or personal information;

(g) shall not directly or indirectly be connected with, or include descriptions of, the following goods or services:

(i) goods or services prohibited under this Agreement;

(ii) goods or services that you are not authorized to be connected with or to include.

In addition, you agree that you will not:

(a) Use the Service in connection with any chain letters, random emails in large quantities, indiscriminate emails or any duplicated or redundant information;

(b) Use the Service to collect email addresses and other information of other persons without the consent of those other persons;

(c) Use the Service to create any false email address, or otherwise to try to mislead others on the sender's identity or on the source of information.

5.4 Prohibited Articles

You shall not publish on our website or buy or sell through our website: (a) any article that may cause our Company to violate any applicable laws, regulations, ordinances or rules; (b) any item that Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE decides should be prohibited or not suitable for trading through this website.

6. Account Registration and Use

You need to register a Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE account when using any part of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE products or services. When you register and use a Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE account, you shall comply with the following requirements:

(a) After you have filled in the information according to the prompts on the registration page, read and agreed to these terms and completed all the registration procedures, you can obtain the Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE platform account and become a Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE user, and you can use various products and services of the Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE platform through the Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE account;

(b) Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE account includes an account and a password. You can use the account you have set (including mobile phone number and email) and the password to log in;

(c) In order to facilitate your access to consistent services in Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE products, if you have used a Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE product after having logged in to a Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE account, your login status may thereafter be synchronized when you use other Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE products, and relevant personal information will also be synchronized across platforms.

7. The License You Granted to Our Company

You grant us an exclusive, worldwide, permanent and free license and right (and with the right to sublicense at various levels) to use, copy, revise, rewrite, publish, translate, distribute, execute and display Your Materials or make derivative works thereof, and/or use in any form, media or technology, now known or developed in the future, to include Your Materials in other works.

8. Privacy

Despite the license right specified in Article 7, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE will only use "your data" according to the Company's privacy statement. All terms of our privacy statement are part of this Agreement, so you must read it carefully. Please note that once you volunteer disclosure of your information at the online trading place of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, such information may be obtained and used by others.

9. Transaction Procedures

9.1 Add Product Description Entry

Product description refers to the text description, pictures and/or photos provided by you and displayed on the online website of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, which can be the description of the products you own and want to sell; or a description of the product you are looking for. You can publish on the online website of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE any one category of product description, or two at the same time, provided that you put them into the correct category. Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE is not responsible for the accuracy or content of the product description.

9.2 Negotiating the Transaction

The trading parties negotiate with each other by clearly describing the offer and counteroffer on the online website of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE. The acceptance of offer or counteroffer by all parties will obligate the involved Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE users to complete the transaction. Unless under special circumstances, such as when the user substantially changes the description of the article or amend any text input error after you make an offer, or if you fail to verify the identity of the user involved in the transaction, the offer and commitment to complete the transaction shall not be withdrawn.

9.3 Deal with Transaction Disputes

The Company will not and cannot be involved in the transactions of all parties. If you have a dispute with one or more users, or with a third party service provider whose services you obtain through our website, you shall exempt Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE (and our agents and employees) from any and all liabilities for any actual and consequential claims, demands and damages of any and all kinds and nature arising from or related to such disputes in any respect.

9.4 Use Common Sense

The Company cannot and will not attempt to control the data provided by other users through the Service. By their very nature, other users' information may be objectionable, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases may bear incorrect or fraudulent identification in the description. We trust that you will exercise care and caution and use common sense when using our website.

10. Trading System

10.1 No Manipulation of Transactions

You agree not to deceive and blind-side by working with partners (subordinate customers or third parties) to manipulate the results of business negotiations with another party.

10.2 System Integrity

You agree that you shall not use any device, software or routine program to interfere or attempt to interfere with the normal operation of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE website or any transaction on-going on our website. You shall not impose unreasonable or disproportionately huge load on the functioning of the Company’s network. You may not disclose your password to any third party, or share your password with any third party, or use your password for any unauthorized purpose.

10.3 Feedback

You shall not take any action that may damage the integrity of the information feedback system, such as: leaving positive feedback for yourself by using the second member ID or a third party; leaving negative feedback (feedback data bombing) for other users by using the second member ID or a third party; or leave negative feedback (maliciously imposed feedback) when users fail to perform certain actions outside the transaction scope.

11. Termination or Access Restrictions

You agree that, in the event that Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE does not charge you, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE may, at its sole discretion and for any reason, (including having decided that you have violated the intent and spirit of this Agreement, or that you have acted in a way that is not in-line with the intent and spirit of this Agreement, or you fail to log in to the website with your account number and password for more than 90 days), to terminate your service password, account (or any part of it) or your use of the Service, and delete and discard your information that you submitted in using the Service.

You agree that, in the event that Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE charges you, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE shall implement the above termination of Service based on reasonable doubt and by email notification. At the same time, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE may, at its sole discretion, stop providing the Service or any part thereof at any time without notice. You agree that the measures to terminate your use of the Service according to any provisions of this Agreement can be implemented without prior notice, and you acknowledge and agree that Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE can immediately invalidate your account, or cancel your account and all relevant data and files in your account, and/or prohibit you from further accessing such files or Service. After the termination of the account, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE has no obligation to retain the account for you, or any related information, or forward any information that has not been read or sent to you or to a third party. In addition, you agree that Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE will not bear any responsibility to you or to any third party for terminating your access to the Service. Articles 13, 14, 15 and 23 shall remain operative after the termination of this Agreement.

12. The Consequences of Violating the Rules

Without limitation to other remedies available, in any of the following cases, the Company may immediately issue a warning, temporarily suspend, permanently suspend or terminate your membership, delete any existing product information of you, and any other information displayed on the website:

(a) You violate this Agreement;

(b) The Company is unable to verify or identify any information you provide to the Company;

(c) We believe that your behavior may cause you, our users or third-party service providers providing services through our Company or our website to incur any legal liability. Without limitation to any other remedies available, if you are found to be engaged in fraudulent activities on the Company's website, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE can suspend or terminate your account.

13. The Service is provided "As-Is"

The Company will make every effort to make you have fun using the Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE website. Unfortunately, our Company cannot foresee any technical problems or other difficulties at any time, which difficulties may lead to data loss or other service interruption. To that end, you have expressed that you have understood and agreed that the risk of your using the Service shall be borne by you. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE expressly disclaims all express or implied warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, suitability for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE does not guarantee the following contents:

(a) That the Service will meet your requirements;

(b) That the Service will not be interrupted, or will be timely, safe and error free;

(c) That the results that may be obtained through the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable;

(d) That the quality of any products, services, materials or other materials you purchase or obtain through the Service will meet your expectations. Downloading or otherwise obtaining any materials by using the Service is at your sole discretion, and the related risks are borne by you.

You will be responsible for any damage to your computer system or any data loss caused by downloading any of these materials. Any oral or written opinions or materials you obtain from Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE or through or from the Service, shall not create any warranty not expressly set forth in this Agreement.

14. Scope of Responsibility

You clearly understand and agree that Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from any of the following circumstances, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use, data and other intangible losses (regardless of whether Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE has been informed of the possibility of such loss and damage):

(a) use or failure to use the Service;

(b) the cost of obtaining substitute goods and services arising from the purchase or acquisition of any goods, samples, data, materials or services through or from the Service, or the receipt of any information through or from the Service, or the conclusion of any transaction;

(c) access or change your transmission materials or data without approval;

(d) any third party's statement or behavior on the Service; or

(e) any other matters related to the Service arising from any reason, including negligence.

15. Compensation

You agree that if as a consequence of your breach of this Agreement, or of any terms of any document incorporated into this Agreement by reference, or of your violation of any law or third party’s rights, a third party lodges a claim against Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, its directors, employees or agents (including for judicial fees and other professional fees), you shall indemnify Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, its directors, employees and agents from all such losses.

16. Compliance with the Law

You shall comply with all relevant laws, by-laws, rules and regulations related to your use of the Service, and your bidding, purchasing and selling of any goods and providing any business information.

17. Advertising Services

Your communication with, or business dealings with, or participation in the promotion activities of, advertisers you procured on or through the Service, including the payment and delivery of relevant goods or services, and any other terms and conditions, guarantee or statement related to such business dealings, shall only occur between you and the advertiser. You agree that Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE shall not be liable and shall not assume any liability.

18. Links

The Service or a third party can provide links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. As Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE does not control such websites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE shall not responsible for the utility of such external websites or resources, and shall not be taken as having approved of any content, publicity, products, services or other materials on or available from such website or resources, and Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE shall thereby not be liable and shall not assume any liability. You further acknowledge and agree that Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses caused (or claimed to be caused) by such content, publicity, products, services or other materials.

19. Notice

Unless otherwise specified, any notice shall be sent by email or other means specified by the relevant party. Twenty four (24) hours after the e-mail is sent, the notice shall be deemed to have been delivered unless the sender is informed that the relevant e-mail address has been cancelled. Alternatively, the Company may send the notice to the address you provided to Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE during the registration process by prepaid registered mail and requesting a return receipt. In this case, the notice shall be deemed to have been delivered three (3) days after the date of posting.

20. Force Majeure

For reasons beyond the reasonable control of the Company, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes or riots, material shortages or rationing, riots, acts of war, government acts, communications or other facilities failures or serious casualties, the Company having delayed or unable to fulfill any part of the Agreement, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE shall not bear any liability towards you.

21. Transfer

Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE may assign this Agreement without your consent.

22. Other Provisions

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, stipulates your use of the Service, and supersedes any previous written or oral agreement between you and Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE. All aspects of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be revoked and the remaining provisions shall continue to be enforceable. Article headings are for ease of reference only and do not in any way define, limit, interpret or describe the scope or limits of the article. Withholding the failure of the Company to take action on a breach of contract by you or other persons shall not be taken to mean that the Company waives its right to take action on any subsequent or similar breach.

23. Litigation

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the Company's Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore.

24. Information Collection

When you register as a member in Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE needs to collect your name, email address and other information. When you browse Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, the server will automatically collect your IP address, browsing page and other information. At the same time, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE collects the information of Chinese suppliers and their products, and the demand information of global purchasers online to build its database system. Unless required by user license or law, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE will not disclose the above information of a user.

On the rules on collection and use of specific information, please refer to the Privacy Statement of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE.

25. Dispute and Handling of Disputes and Complaints

25.1 The user agrees that in the process of using Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, when he/she discovers any fact that may infringe his/her or Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE's rights, he/she shall notify Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE in a timely manner and provide corresponding evidence. Users shall bear legal liability for losses caused to Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE or to a third party due to false complaints.

25.2 Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE has the right to accept and handle disputes, controversies and complaints between you and other users arising from the use of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, and has the right to learn about the situation from you through email and other contact methods, and inform the other party of the situation through email and other ways. You are obliged to provide relevant materials within the specified time after receiving the notice from Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, and cooperate in understanding and handling disputes, controversies and complaints. Otherwise, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE has the right to unilaterally and independently adjudge whether other users' complaints and (or) payment demands against you are tenable, and make a decision unfavorable to you. If Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE adjudges that the payment demand of the user is established, you shall make the payment in a timely manner. At the same time, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE has the right to immediately suspend or terminate your relevant Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE Service or refuse your use of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE in any form and provide the other party with your necessary identity information. Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE will not assume any responsibility for any service reduction caused to you.

25.3 As Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE is not a judicial authority or any other national authority, you fully understand and acknowledge that Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE has limited ability to discern evidence and deal with disputes. The acceptance and handling of disputes and complaints are solely based on your authorization, and we do not guarantee that the results of the handling meet your expectations, nor assume any responsibility for the results of the handling. Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE has the right to decide whether or not to participate in the handling of disputes.

25.4 If it is confirmed by effective and legal documents that the user is in violation of laws or this Agreement or if Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE judges that the member is suspected of being in violation of laws or this Agreement, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE has the right to publicly disclose the user's illegal behavior and adopt all relevant measures, including but not limited to terminating the Service, permanently prohibiting the user’s use of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, etc.

26. Termination

In the event any of the following, Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE has the right to suspend or terminate its relevant Service or refuse the user’s use of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE in any form, with or without notice, and will not assume any liability for the reduction of Service caused to you, and will reserve the right to pursue legal action against you:

(a) when the business license and other license information of the member are inconsistent with the personal information, or the personal information is not updated in time, or when the actual business information is inconsistent with the license information, or the license information is not updated in time;

(b) sending repeated messages using Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, release information prohibited or restricted by national laws and regulations, release information that does not belong to your business scope, or release information unrelated to the Service;

(c) sending a large amount of information irrelevant to business to Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE members without request or authorization;

(d) publishing business information and conduct business activities in the name of other enterprises;

(e) planning to destroy or attack the integrity of the computer system and network of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE website, or try to enter the computer system and network of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE website without authorization;

(f) using or providing any computer virus, camouflage program, computer worm, timer bomb or other destructive program that destroys, interferes with, intercepts or usurps any system, data or personal data;

(g) stealing others' login name and/or password on Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE;

(h) selling accounts or authorizing such selling without the consent of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE;

(i) allowing or engaged in fraudulent activities using Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE;

(j) allowing or engaged in intellectual property infringement using Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE; and

(k) other acts in violation of national laws, rules and regulations, or relevant agreements, rules, procedures and practices of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE.

27. Intellectual Property

27.1 The material selection, sorting, arrangement, typesetting and compilation of all content on Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, as well as the copyright of words, pictures and other works created by Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, whether or not expressly stated, belong to Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE. No natural person, legal person or other organization shall, without the written authorization or permission of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, be allowed to modify, publish, disseminate, participate in the dissemination, sales, or production of derivative works, or otherwise use the whole or part of the content on Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE in any way, including but not limited to company information and product information.

Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE reserves the right to pursue legal action.

27.2 Without the authorization of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, no one may use the trademarks designed, used or owned by Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE, including but not limited to, all trademarks appearing on Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE that are owned by their respective obligees.

27.3 Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE enjoys the intellectual property rights of the systems developed or jointly developed by it. All rights of Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE are protected by law.

27.4 All the materials that can be read and viewed online by Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE are subject to the protection of national laws, including the Copyright Law of the Republic of Singapore and Trademark Law of the Republic of Singapore. Huachuang Singapore Pte Ltd/TISCE respects and protects the intellectual property rights of others. It does not allow any publication or dissemination of any information or pictures that may infringe the rights of others without the explicit permission of the copyright, trademark or other exclusive rights holders.

The infringer shall bear the full extent or all liabilities arising therefrom.
